Hi, I'm Sonja Forster
This is why I love what I do
Originally, I'm from Germany, where I studied Physiotherapy at the Medical Academy in Munich.
I've always been sensitive to stress, which took a toll on my health, leading to migraines and chronic bowel issues diagnosed as ulcerative colitis—an autoimmune disease causing inflammation in the large intestine. Despite repeated doctor visits and aggressive yet ineffective medication, I felt depressed and hopeless.
Moving countries worsened my symptoms, including pelvic floor dysfunction, due to years of pain.

I reorganized my life around my body's needs, confronting the harsh truths of habits and patterns that exacerbated my symptoms. I devoted my time to collaborating with practitioners from diverse fields. Over time, my perspective on my healing journey shifted—I began to appreciate the newfound relationship I had with my body and my internal world.
Today, I see it as a gift and an honor to accompany, support, and guide others in times that might seem dark and hopeless, reminding us that everything is temporary, and we have the power to create the environment so our body can heal itself.
I've been living in Israel for about a decade. During this time, I've specialized in the treatment of chronic pain, pelvic floor, and sexual health. In recent years, I've worked in public and private practices in central Tel Aviv, such as Momentum Physiotherapy and House of Healing, while continuously taking a variety of courses and studying Sex Therapy at university.
